Beta terms
By using Focus you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Beta service, as is
Focus is a beta. It is provided as is and as available, with no promise that it will be free of errors or always online, and features may change or be removed. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose, and use the export in Settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or break other people's rights with Focus.
- Do not attack, overload, or probe the service, or try to reach other people's data.
- Do not store content you have no right to store.
Your content
You own what you put into Focus. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.
Ending access
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or end access for any account, or switch off the whole service, if needed to protect the service or other people, or if these terms are broken.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Focus and its operator are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages from using the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, which during the beta is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
